Yoga for Headache Relief

Tension headache, cluster headache, TMJ, and migraine are some of the common names you may have heard for headaches. If you suffer from any or all of these afflictions, which can leave you unable to work or enjoy pleasant activities, then please join Elizabeth Barbaro for this 90-minute workshop. During this class you will learn about some of the common causes of headaches and how to avoid them. There will be a guided practice time to explore poses intended to bring you some relief.

A take home sheet with lifestyle suggestions and beneficial poses will be provided.
