It has been said that practicing Yoga Nidra is more restful than napping for three hours. We may think we are relaxing while lying on the couch, but unless we are free from all mental and physical tensions, we are not. Even while sleeping we can remain tense in our minds and in our bodies.
Yoga Nidra is a technique that allows us to come to complete rest. You will be guided into full relaxation while in a restorative position. There will be many props available that make this practice accessible to all levels.
